Why organizers switch

A Better Way

Not because organizers picked badly — because the category was built as separate parts, and the front door inherited every one of their failure modes.

The old way

Four systems, one line.

  • Registration, badge printing, check-in, and reporting live in separate tools that don't talk to each other.
  • Everything depends on venue Wi-Fi, a shared power strip, and an IT request filed three weeks out.
  • Identity is trapped in printer firmware, so the printer decides what your badge can do.
  • The report lands a week later, stitched together by hand from exports that don't reconcile.
  • Something fails mid-line and you're troubleshooting it yourself — or waiting on a queue that opens Monday morning.
With Entry

One ecosystem, one door.

  • Registration, identity, check-in, networking, and analytics on one intelligence layer — Attendee OS.
  • Cellular and up to six hours of battery are in the box. Entry brings its own connection and its own power.
  • Printers print, readers read, the platform manages identity — so your hardware never limits your badge.
  • Attendance, engagement, and audience composition are live while the doors are still open.
  • Fully automated at the door, with 24/7 support behind it. Nobody has to stand next to the kiosk for it to work.

Event software

Attendee OS
the full service software

Entry is the hardware you see. Attendee OS is what it plugs into — registration, ticketing, agendas, and badge templates, managed from any browser and pushed to the door automatically.

Attendee OS — live event view. Registration, attendance, badge templates, and audience composition, updating while the doors are open.

Registration & ticketing

Tiered ticketing for member, non-member, early bird, VIP, and sponsor — with payment processing built in. Free, paid, and donation registration can live in the same event.

Your event, on the web

A branded web agenda, speaker hub, and sponsor portal. The schedule attendees check on their phone is the same one Entry checks them into.

Access & permissions

Session-level access controls for multi-track programming. Who gets into what is decided once in the platform and enforced at the door.

Data & intelligence

Every event
can be intelligent

While attendees walk in, everything from Registrations, attendance, and engagement — can be viewed live, not just in a post-event report.

    Live analytics

Attendance, engagement, audience composition, returning attendees — insight during the event, not a report a week after.

    Networking, activated

The moment a badge prints, the attendee's networking profile goes live. Check-in becomes the first connection of the day.

    Yours to take with you

Attendance, lead capture, and post-event reports populate as check-ins happen. Built-in CRM, plus CSV and Excel export for Salesforce, HubSpot, and Mailchimp.

    Got questions?

    Everything you'd want
    to know before booking.

From use cases to contracts, the answers that matter most to you and your team.

Is Entry a good fit for nonprofit galas and fundraisers?
Yes — it's built for exactly this. Donor and volunteer tracking are included, along with tiered ticketing for tables, sponsors, and general admission. Your post-event report showing attendance, revenue, and engagement is compiled the moment doors close, so you can take results to your board without assembling a spreadsheet. Mission-driven events also qualify for the Do Good Program, which brings the price as low as $1,750.
Can Entry handle university or continuing education events?
Yes. Session-level access controls handle multi-track programming, the web agenda handles complex schedules, and feedback collection is included rather than bolted on. Georgia Tech and Emory run career fairs, symposia, and orientation on Entry — hundreds of arrivals inside a thirty-minute window, across multiple buildings, on one live check-in state.
We run an annual conference for our association. Does Entry support member vs. non-member pricing?
Yes. Ticketing supports any number of pricing levels — member, non-member, early bird, VIP, sponsor. Attendance reporting is live, so your chapter leadership has a current picture during the event rather than a reconstruction afterward.
We run startup pitch nights and community summits. Is Entry overkill for that?
No. There's one price — $3,500 per event, up to 1,000 attendees — so a 120-person pitch night gets the same platform as a 900-person conference with nothing switched off. Lead capture for sponsors, badges that carry contact info, and networking profiles that activate at check-in are exactly what make a smaller event feel considered. Community and mission-driven events also qualify for the Do Good Program at up to 50% off.
We have faith-based community events with a mix of paid and free attendees. Can Entry handle that?
Yes. Ticketing supports free, paid, and donation-based registration inside the same event. You can segment your attendee list by tier and see full reporting on who attended and how they registered.
